Experimental study on the variation rule of water level outside the pit caused by dewatering in the pit and the rule of reinjection outside the pit

Studying the surface settlement caused by foundation pit dewatering has certain practical significance for engineering construction. When aquifer in is located within a large burial depth range, impermeable wall does not completely separate water layer, resulting inside and outside communicating around bottom of wall. Taking project subway station Shenzhen as background, model experiments were conducted to reveal changes level precipitation under different conditions pit. (1) Considering influence surrounding seepage, curve presents concave then convex form, which from Dupuit theory curve. (2) For layered soil, downward trend decreases with increase soil depth. (3) Compared vertical reinjection close proximity dense buildings, inclined smaller impact on side adjacent retaining wall, while it far away larger range.
